"It is better to create
3 imperfect video rather than create one perfect video as
you are doing hands-on learning as an intern," I said to
the girl who produced 3 videos for me and told me she
might edit it if I find some major flaws."
It takes too long for an intern to produce a video as they
are not professionals. Once the video is done, no editing
will be done. Producing veterinary videos is part of the
experiential learning for an intern at Toa Payoh Vets."
She used a new software and produced 3 videos for me as
follows:

Each intern brings new ideas in the production of videos.
Her videos represented her voice and were much different
from previous ones done by my other interns. I will have
to ask them to edit as many are not in focus and some look
like reading from Powerpoint presentations. Junior College
students from top schools seldom learn how to do videos
from my observations.
