A large tumour nearly as big as his head stretched his left cheek to the limit such that his skin was going to rupture. Shiny hairless skin meant he had been scratching trying to get rid of this large lump. Surgery was the only treatment. Yet he had lost a lot of weight and was dehydrated as his skin stood up when pinched. Surgery required anaesthesia.
