Microchip number from the vet is a pre-condition of getting a dog licence in Singapore nowadays. Fines of up to $5,000 may be imposed on owners with no dog licence.
1478. 42 hours later, the owner phoned: "Dog still staggering. Can't walk properly. His stomach" is hard as a rock." Suspected urinary retention. Emergency. Phoned a dog transport man.
